Once your board is delivered, inspect your board, sign off on it accepting delivery and enjoy your ride. In the rare case that a board is damaged in shipping, you simply deny the board at time of delivery. Be sure to take a picture of the damage and email it to info@threebrothersboards.com. Give us a call and we will get your new board out for delivery the very next business day. Again, please note that once you sign off on your board it voids any insurance, so please inspect your board at time of delivery before signing off on it. Shipping damage is rare. We have been shipping boards for a long time and have a 99% success rate in shipments without damage.
